The tumor cells were immunohistochemically positive for cytokeratin (CK)7, CK8, CK18, CAM5.2, AE1/AE3, epithelial membrane antigen (EMA), vimentin, fascin, l-caldesmon, prolyl 4-hydroxylase 1, lysyl hydroxylase 3, and transglutaminase II (Table 1, Fig. 3). The gene discussed is MUC1; the disease is neoplasm.
