To explore the mechanism of BCYRN1/miR-619-5p in glioma progression, we performed comprehensive bioinformatic analysis using four datasets and found that 44 mRNAs might be the potential targets of miR-619-5p including CUEDC2 (Fig. 5a), which was reported to be a tumor suppressor in glioma [35].
