For luminal B-like breast cancer samples, an overall low percentage (12–22%) of patients who achieved pCR was observed, independently of the expression of HLA-F and HLA-G isoforms, in comparison with the pCR rates in the HER2+ and triple-negative BC subcohorts (46–86% and 32–71%, respectively) (Table 4).
