Indeed, the results from the analysis of TCGA database (http://cancergenome.nih.gov) with the UCSC Cancer Genome Brower (https://genome-cancer.soe.ucsc.edu/) indicated that higher expression of MKNK2 in PCa is correlated with lower overall survival with a relaxed criterion of significance (P value = 0.0538) (Fig. 4a). Here, MKNK2 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
