To explore the impacts of SBF2-AS1/miR-338-3p axis on NSCLC cell, we then explored the level of miR-338-3p in normal (non-neoplastic) human bronchial epithelial cell BEAS-2B and NSCLC cell lines (A549, H1975 and H1650). The gene discussed is SBF2; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
