NLRP3 and pancreatic neoplasm: Therefore, we evaluated the antitumor effect of CIK cells combining with MNS in a pancreatic cancer xenograft model and found that combination treatment had better antitumor effect than single treatment but had no influence on mouse growth, furtherly confirming that combination treatment with NLRP3 inflammasome inhibition and CIK cell infusion shows greater antitumor efficacy through inhibition of cancer-related inflammation and restoration and promotion of antitumor immunity.
