In the present study, we observed a significant increase in CXCL-8, CCL-5, CXCL-9, CCL-2, CXCL-10, and IL-6 among the groups exposed to the venom (NF and HF), previously to antivenom therapy (T0), when compared to the control group (CG). This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and hydrops fetalis.
