In patients with lung adenocarcinoma, prediction of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation status by CT-based radiomic features has been reported, and another study revealed that the combination of CT imaging parameters and clinical features could provide diagnostic benefit to identify anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), c-ros oncogene 1 (ROS1), and rearranged during transfection (RET) fusions [72,73]. The gene discussed is EGFR; the disease is lung adenocarcinoma.
