Concentrations of IL-10 and IL-1β in AAA macrophage supernatants were not different to control (IL-10, 0.22 ± 0.09 vs. 0.26 ± 0.05 ng mL−1; IL−1β, 3.3 ± 1.14 vs. 2.0 ± 0.46 pg mL−1). Here, IL1B is linked to triple-A syndrome.
