Signal intensity of Olig2, which indicated the nucleus and soma of the oligodendrocytes, in the cortex was significantly different among groups (F(5,30) = 17.557, p < 0.001, Figure 3c) as well as in their cell number (F(5,30) = 14.765, p < 0.001, Figure 3d), with a significant enhancement in the ipsilateral cortex of the MS and MB rats compared to the SS rats on post hoc analysis in the signal intensity (p < 0.05 in MS and p < 0.001 in MB, Figure 3c) as well as in the cell number (p < 0.05 in MS and p < 0.001 in MB, Figure 3d). Here, OLIG2 is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
