K-M survival analysis showed that the high AHNAK2 group had significant associations with short OS in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), mesothelioma (MESO), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM) and uveal melanoma (UVM) (Figure 7D–7J). Here, AHNAK2 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
