Pearson-related analysis showed a positive correlation between the concentration of Ang-1 in peripheral blood and the degree of coronary artery stenosis (rho = 0.217, P=0.052), while there was a positive correlation between the concentration of Ang-1 in coronary artery and the severity of coronary artery disease (rho = 0.399, P < 0.001) (see Figures 2(c)–2(d)). This evidence concerns the gene ANGPT1 and coronary artery disorder.
