The type of cell death detected by Annexin V APC fluorescence was apoptosis (Figure 2(a)); apoptotic marker cleaved PARP, cleaved caspase-3, and cleaved caspase-7 which were gradually increased in human breast cancer cells (Figure 2(b)), and it gradually increased the T cell proliferation in a drug-dependent manner (Figure 4(b) and Supplementary Figure 2). This evidence concerns the gene CASP3 and breast carcinoma.
