In our study, JGSQP activated the expression of p-AKT along with multiple bone formation and adipogenesis-related genes (Wnt10b, Osx, BMP2, PPARγ, Fabp4, and Fndc5), suggesting that it may ameliorate murine OVX-induced osteoporosis with KYD by controlling the bone-fat balance via the AKT pathway. Here, AKT1 is linked to osteoporosis.
