The Kaplan–Meier curve and log rank test analyses revealed that the high CXCL2, CXCL6, CXCL9, CXCL10, CXCL12, and CXCL13 mRNA levels were significantly associated with higher overall survival (OS) (p < 0.05) (Figure 3) of breast cancer patients, while low mRNA levels of CXCL3, CXCL8, and CXCL17 were predicted to have higher OS. Here, CXCL17 is linked to breast carcinoma.
