Treatment with derazantinib produced an overall RR (ORR) of 20.7%, a disease control rate (DCR) of 82.8%, and a median progression-free survival (PFS) of 5.7 months in patients with advanced, unresectable intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and FGFR2 fusions who progressed after chemotherapy [59]. Here, FGFR2 is linked to intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
