In particular, selective KO of SHP-1 in DRG NaV1.8+ neurons significantly attenuated the inhibitory effects of PD-L1 on TRPV1 current and bone cancer pain, suggesting that SHP-1–inhibited TRPV1 in DRG neurons contributes to PD-L1’s analgesic effect. This evidence concerns the gene TRPV1 and bone cancer.
