AGAP2-AS1 regulates oncogenesis in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), in which it is upregulated and binds to EZH2 (encoding enhancer of zeste homolog 2) and LSD1 (encoding lysine-specific histone demethylase 1), leading to silencing of LATS2 (encoding large tumor suppressor kinase 2) and KLF2 (encoding Kruppel like factor 2), and increased cell proliferation [30]. This evidence concerns the gene KDM1A and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
