Those predicted damaging VUS include one variant in CDH1 and BRIP1 genes, respectively, and two variants in each of the following three genes: ATM, CHEK2, and PMS2. The four genes namely CDHI, BRIP1, ATM, and CHEK2 are known to be associated with a high or moderate risk of breast cancer. Here, CHEK2 is linked to breast carcinoma.
