Standing on these evidences, the authors [41] proposed the use of MRN RBT-loaded NPs covalently bound to both Tf and AS1411 with the addition of the disulfide bonds to obtain a dual-targeted nanomedicine delivery system for drug delivery to gliomas, which they called RBT@MRN-SSTf/Apt [41]. The gene discussed is TF; the disease is glioma.
