Their MC was more likely to be inflammatory or anaplastic (P = .0025), of higher histological grade (P < .0001), with more severe tumour‐associated inflammation (P < .0001), more common infiltrated surgical margins (P < .0001) and muscle infiltration (P = .0126), and a higher Ki‐67 proliferation index (P = .0039).
