The results of qRT-PCR analyses showed that lncRNA OTUD6B-AS1 levels in T24 bladder cancer cells were significantly and dose-dependently increased in response to As2O3; lncRNA OTUD6B-AS1 levels were increased by more than 8.65-fold by As2O3 treatment at 20 μmol/L for 6 h, relative to untreated T24 cells (P < 0.01) (Figure 1(a)). This evidence concerns the gene OTUD6B and urinary bladder cancer.
