In contrast, the expression of Foxp1 was significantly reduced in colon cancer tissues (Fig. 1d), and the expression in stage III–IV was significantly lower than that in stage I–II (Fig. 1e); and survival analysis also found that the higher Foxp1 expression, the higher the patient’s overall survival rate (Fig. 1f). Here, FOXP1 is linked to malignant colon neoplasm.
