CDKN2A and familial pancreatic carcinoma: Interestingly, 90 pancreatic cancer patients (51%) were with both KRAS and TP53 mutations, 77 pancreatic cancer patients (44%) were with both KRAS mutation and CDKN2A deletion, and 66 pancreatic cancer patients (37%) were with both TP53 mutation and CDKN2 deletion (Figure 2B).
