Published literature suggests that numerousinflammatory cells are present to infiltrate the affected RA inflammatory sites of patientssuffering from pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-6, which catalyzes the spread ofnative CD4+ cells to the T helper of 17 lymphocytes by enhancing signal transducer andtranscription activator-3 (STAT-3) and intracellular expression (Sengupta et al., 2011; Kamel et al., 2018). The gene discussed is IL6; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
