The histological type, grade, and stage, tumor necrosis, lymphovascular invasion, skin and nipple invasion, lymph node involvement, status of ER, PgR and HER2, BRCA 1 status, cell proliferation marker (ki-67), type of therapy, local recurrence, and gene expression proliferation are all well-known prognostic and predictive markers [4-5,8]. Considering the heterogeneity of breast carcinoma, many prognostic and predictive markers have been purposed to determine tumor behavior. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is neoplasm.
