Interestingly, we observed that the percentages of CD3e+CD4+ Foxp3+T-bet+ (T-bet+Treg) in livers and spleens of HBAAV2/9-Sja-miR-71a-treated S. japonicum-infected mice were higher (P < 0.05) than those in S. japonicum-infection control groups (Figure 8(a,b)). Here, FOXP3 is linked to infection.
