We then showed that the percentages of CD3e+CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ cells in both livers and spleens of HBAAV2/9-Sja-miR-71a-treated S. japonicum-infected mice were significantly higher (P < 0.05) than those in the S. japonicum-infection control groups (Figure 8(a,b)). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is infection.
