Some studies have shown that AP2M1 is related to the occurrence and development of cancers, including medulloblastoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, chronic myeloid leukemia, prostate cancer and HCC [8, 19, 20, 29, 30].
