This study revealed that the parameters of symptoms, size, cystic wall thickening, presence of mural nodule, change in main pancreatic duct caliber, lymphadenopathy, CA 19-9, and CEA were the predictive features of malignancy in BD-IPMN. This evidence concerns the gene CEACAM5 and pancreatic intraductal papillary-mucinous neoplasm.
