CDK4 and neoplasm: 10 of the 12 patients where amplification of HER2 was found using panel sequencing were HER2-positive (immunohistochemistry and/or fluorescence in situ hybridization of the primary tumor) and of the 15 cases where mTOR or CDK4/6 inhibition was identified as a potential treatment option 13 were hormonal-receptor positive and HER2-negative.
