We constructed ALPP enzymatic mutants (33), including D42A, C101S, C121S, H153A, S155A, C183S, E311A, D316A, H317A, H319A, H320A, D357A, H358A, H360A, Y367A, H432A, and C467S (Fig. 4A), and found that these mutations at catalytic-activity sites of ALPP significantly affected the role of ALPP in ZIKV infection (Fig. 4B). This evidence concerns the gene ALPP and Zika virus infectious disease.
