LncRNA H19, the earliest discovered imprinted gene, is upregulated in GC tissues and enhances the malignant proliferation of GC via a novel pathway H19/miR-675/RUNX1 but also directly up-regulate the expression of ISM1 and indirectly inhibit the expression of CALN1 through miR-675, which can potentially be contributes to the malignant biological behaviour of GC cells [11–13]. Here, CALN1 is linked to gastric cancer.
