As no specific characteristics were described so far in relation to breast cancer, our goal was to examine the value of IL-15 in the T-lymphocyte immune response and the chemokine eotaxin, to reveal differences in the presence or absence in patients with breast cancer of the SUCCESS study; examining this with respect to CTC involvement, histopathological grading, lymph node status, hormone receptor type, OS, and DFS. This evidence concerns the gene IL15 and breast carcinoma.
