TP53 and neoplasm of cerebral hemisphere: Central nervous system (CNS) metastasis is most frequently observed in the following subtypes of breast cancer: Triple-negative, shows a higher incidence of visceral and cerebral tumor metastasis (46%), HER2-positive (5-30%), as well as TP-53 positive; the last one of these was reported with a 38% higher probability of occurrence as compared to TP-53 negative [5-6].
