CA4 mRNA expressions were found significantly lower in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney chromophobe (KICH), KIRC, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), LUAD, lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), PRAD, rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), thyroid carcinoma (THCA) and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) compared to the corresponding normal tissues. This evidence concerns the gene CA4 and urogenital neoplasm.
