Therefore, the ten SNPs in the three genes (rs151290, rs163184, rs2237892, rs2237895, rs2237897, rs2283228, and rs231362 in KCNQ1, rs1552224 in ARAP1, and rs5210 and rs5219 in KCNJ11) and the risk of T2DM development were investigated simultaneously in a Chinese population to determine their association.
