As shown in Fig. 3, the western blotting results showed increased GnRH in hypothalamic-pituitary of the PCOS rats (P < 0.01), however, troxerutin 300 mg/kg markedly decreased the level of GnRH compared to the PCOS rats(P < 0.05; Fig. 3b). This evidence concerns the gene GNRH1 and polycystic ovary syndrome.
