The Kaplan-Meier survival curves showed that higher CLIC2 mRNA levels were associated with longer OS (HR = 0.69 [0.55-0.86], p = 0.00069) (Figure 4A) and RFS (HR = 0.86 [0.77-0.96], p = 0.0077) (Figure 4B) in BC, whereas STX11 failed to demonstrate a significant relationship with OS (HR = 0.86 [0.69-1.06], p = 0.16) and RFS (HR = 0.92 [0.83-1.03], p = 0.14) (Supplementary Figure 4A and 4B). This evidence concerns the gene CLIC2 and breast cancer.
