In GC, CNAs were found in ERBB2 (HER2), MET, and FGFR2 in 31% of our patients, split evenly between newly diagnosed and pretreated patients, consistent with previous primary tumor estimates of these CNAs at 20% to 22%.30,31 Significantly, four (80%) of five patients with ERBB2 (HER2) -amplified GC responded, including one CR (Fig 2A), with all achieving clinical benefit (CR, PR, or SD).
