As mitogen-activated protein kinases 1/2 (ERK1/2) also play important roles in regulating cell apoptosis by suppressing the expression of Bad in the mitochondrial apoptotic signaling pathway, and the previous study showed that inhibition of miR-21 reduced phosphorylation of ERK in human colorectal cancer HCT116 cells 13, as a result, we further investigated the impacts of dihydromyricetin on the expression of ERK1/2. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK1 and colorectal cancer.
