As shown in Figure 5D and Figure 6D, the freshly isolated AML T lymphocytes presented high levels (FC > 1,5; p < 0,05) of suppressive and protumoral cytokines, including IL13, IL10, FOXP3, IL2RG, IL2RB, LEPR, IL17RA, LGALS1, and HMOXA, compared to those in HD cells.
