Among the 87 cases of HIV/AIDS patients without PCP, the CD4+ T cell numbers of 42 cases (48.28%) are below 100 ×106/L, while 45 patients (51.72%) have CD4+ T cell numbers >100 ×106/L, among which 22 cases (25.29%) have >200 ×106/L, with the highest value being 1,382 ×106/L. Here, CD4 is linked to pneumocystosis.
