Interestingly, we noticed that these top 10 hub mRNAs could be roughly divided into four functional groups: AKT1 and MAPK1 are protein kinase coding genes; MYC and CCND1 are genes involved in cell cycle; RPL6, RPS8, RPS4X, and RPL13A are ribosomal protein coding genes, and IL6 is involved in T cell activation and tumor immune microenvironment modifications.
