TIGIT+ NK, TIGIT+ CD8+ T, and TIGIT+ CD4+ T cells exhibited decreased CD107a, IFN-γ, and TNF-α expression levels compared with TIGIT-cells in HDs and MDS (Figures 3A,B), suggesting a functional impairment of TIGIT+ T and TIGIT+ NK cells. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and myelodysplastic syndrome.
