Besides, we demonstrated that the combination of TEP U1, U2, U5 and CEA improved the diagnostic efficiency of cancer progression, the AUC was 0.815 with 64.9% sensitivity and 87.8% specificity, higher than that for CEA alone (AUC = 0.785, with 62.4% sensitivity and 83.8% specificity), indicating the potential roles of TEP U1, U2, U5 in lung cancer progression monitoring. Here, CEACAM5 is linked to lung carcinoma.
