Our results show that expression levels of eomesodermin (Eomes), forkhead box protein P3 (FOXP3), interleukin 10 (IL-10), interferon gamma (IFN-γ), CD244 molecule (2B4), CD160 molecule (CD160), GATA binding protein 3(GATA3), signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), and phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) were significantly upregulated in CD8+ T cells exposed to exosomes derived from three gastric cancer cell line comparison with control group. This evidence concerns the gene CD160 and gastric cancer.
