The antitumor effects of palbociclib, a CDK4/6 inhibitor, and listinib, an inhibitor of insulin receptor and insulin growth factor receptors, were examined using PDOXs of Ewing’s sarcoma with Fusion involved in t(12;16) in malignant liposarcoma-ETS-related gene fusion and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A/B loss [88]. This evidence concerns the gene CDK4 and liposarcoma.
