SESN2 and endometrial cancer: To further explore the effect of mTORC1-inhibition on endometrial cancer cell migration, we performed a wound healing scratch assay in HEC-1A and Ishikawa cells with depleted levels of luciferase and SESN2. The results showed that treatment of rapamycin and Torin 1 significantly suppressed migration of cells with depleted SESN2, more than that in control cells (Figure 6A,B).
