Preliminary in vitro studies on the anti-SLAMF7 mAb, ELO, showed that the pre-treatment of either effector cells (peripheral blood mononuclear cells, PBMC) or target myeloma cells with clinically achievable doses of lenalidomide (LEN) enhanced ADCC-mediated lysis of MM cells triggered by ELO [26]. This evidence concerns the gene SLAMF7 and plasma cell myeloma.
