In support of this hypothesis, the analysis of TP53 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) (rs1642785, rs1376609066, rs1042522, rs2909430), which were heterozygous at Sanger sequencing in blood DNA, showed an average allele frequency of about 27% in the tumor, indicating LOH in more than 60% of the analyzed cells. Here, TP53 is linked to neoplasm.
